The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette and Greene counties between Jan. 5 and 7. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Magisterial District Judge Michael Metros

Bill Patrick Greene Jr., 23, of Uniontown was charged with failing to register with state police and failure to verify address.

Anthony A. Stilianidis, 31, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault.

Lamar Penny, 21, of Uniontown was charged with eight counts of manufacturing/delivering a controlled substance and four counts of intent to possess a controlled substance.

Justin Joseph Rose, 29, of Uniontown was charged with possessing an instrument with criminal intent and furnishing drug-free urine to cause deceitful results.

Demetric Gino Ford, 18, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a firearm, making terroristic threats, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and simple assault. He was also later charged with possession of a firearm, possessing a firearm without a license and flight to avoid apprehension.

Rose Ann Shaffer, 58, of Uniontown was charged with false alarm to agency of public safety and obstruction of justice.

Michelle Piper, 35, of Uniontown was cited for retail theft.

Tammy L. Vrabel, 45, of Connellsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence.

Madinah Hiers, 36, of Pittsburgh was charged with criminal mischief.

Arnold T. Cramer Jr., 27, of Brownsville was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
