The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties May 15 to 16. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Kelsha Barnes, 27, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dominique Kitchen, 25, of Uniontown was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tyrone Grant Betters, 50, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Lateef Muhammad Suber, 26, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Matthew Allen Chick, 26, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Brienne Won, 31, of Brownsville was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Nicole Elizabeth Newcomer, 37, of West Leisenring was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Vernon Wesley Pratt, 32, of Brownsville was charged with making repairs to offensive weapons.

Lana Jo Swift, 51, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Brian E. McFadden, 44, of Connellsville was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Eric John Jeffries, 37, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Ronald Allen Shaffer, 53, of White was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Talia J. Gales, 23, of Connellsville was charged with five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kara Ray Smith, 24, of Scottdale was charged with five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Clarence Spackman Jr., 28, of Connellsville was charged with five counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jamie Lee Greenawalt, 35, of Connellsville was charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

Pedro Cosme-Valdivia, 24, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Terrance Lee Lewis Jr., 23, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of a controlled substance.

Eric David Love Sr., 29, of Uniontown was charged with propel missile into occupied vehicles and reckless endangerment.

Tucker Jae Tolbert, 22, of Smithfield was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Eaan Brown, 34, of Pittsburgh was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Danny Thomas Redding, 48, of Farmington was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Cindy Renee Lancaster, 31, of Nemacolin was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under the influence of a controlled substance. In a second case, she was charged with retail theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and defiant trespass.

Angela L. Jacobs, 48, of Fredericktown was charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property.

Damon John Hubscher, 18, of Uniontown was charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Leonard Joseph Frederick, 49, of Hagerstown, Maryland, was charged with disarming law enforcement, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

Isiah Darnell Scott, 25, of Masontown was charged with defiant trespass, possession of marijuana, two counts of possession with the intent to deliver drugs and three counts of possession of a controlled substance.

Robert William Swaney Jr., 38, of Smithfield was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Toya Joniece High, 37, of Fairchance was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Joshua Lee Sanders, 31, of New Salem was charged with false written statement and unsworn falsification.

Hannah Michelle Tucker, 19, of Fairchance was charged with terroristic threats.

Karl Kevin Sullivan II, 28, of McKeesport was charged with endangering the welfare of children, prohibited firearm possession, firearms carried without a license, possession with the intent to deliver drugs, possession of a controlled substance, reckless endangerment, fleeing or eluding and two counts of unlawful restraint.

Bobby Joe Dukes, 34, of Brownsville was charged with disorderly conduct and two counts of simple assault.
