The following charges were filed in magisterial courts in Fayette, Greene, Washington and Westmoreland counties March 19. Those listed are innocent until proven guilty.

Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty
John B. Clark, 30, of Mount Pleasant was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Joshua D. Snyder, 37, of Connellsville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance.
Magisterial District Judge Jennifer Jeffries
Elmer E. Rich IV, 45, of Perryopolis was charged with retail theft.
Jerel W. Coles, 28, of Connellsville was charged with DUI.
Matti M. Uber, 24, was charged with DUI.
Devon A. Rimel, 27, of Uniontown was charged with retail theft.
Magisterial District Judge Nathan Henning
Thomas Kegg, 52, of Uniontown was charged with DUI.
John P. Holup, 40, of Uniontown was charged with forgery, theft, accessing a device issued to another, identity theft and writing bad checks.
Daniel P. Welsh, 30, of Connellsville was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Kevin A. Sublett Jr., 26, of Uniontown was charged with flight to avoid apprehension.

Matthew B. Gribble, 42, of Scottdale was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and DUI.

Magisterial District Judge Lee Watson
Brandon C. Geisel, 29, of Dilliner was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
Washington County
Magisterial District Judge Mark Wilson
Michael A. Amati, 38, of Monongahela was charged with retail theft.
Daryl W. Demchak, 51, of Monongahela was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Magisterial District Judge Larry Hopkins
Bernard B. Warrick, 48, of Florence, Kentucky was charged with resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
Magisterial District Judge Curtis Thompson
Michael E. Derrow Jr., 39, of Bentleyville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
Ashley N. Crowe, 27, of Bentleyville was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana.

Todd A. Klus, 46, of California was charged with intent to possess a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
