A Republic woman is accused of driving under the influence of drugs in a June crash that left one person dead. Tiffany Lilley, 37, allegedly struck a Ford Escape parked in the driveway on Heisterburg Road in Luzerne Township shortly after noon on June 22. Lilley’s silver Pontiac crossed into the opposite lane, left the roadway and struck the Escape on its passenger side, where Francis Shaw, 72, was sitting in the front seat, the complaint said.
