A winning scratch-off ticket worth $3 million was sold in Fayette County. According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, a $3 million Mega Moolah Multiplier was sold at Meet Mini Mart Inc., known as BB’s Market, 580 E. Main St., South Union Township. The Pennsylvania Lottery listed Avery Crenshaw as the winner of the prize. The store receives $10,000 for selling the winning ticket. The $3 million Mega Moolah Multiplier is a $30 game that offers three top prizes of $3 million. Scratch-off prizes expire one year from the game’s end-sale date posted at palottery.com. Woman charged with homicide, DUI in Fayette crash

A Republic woman is accused of driving under the influence of drugs in a June crash that left one person dead. Tiffany Lilley, 37, allegedly struck a Ford Escape parked in the driveway on Heisterburg Road in Luzerne Township shortly after noon on June 22. Lilley’s silver Pontiac crossed into the opposite lane, left the roadway and struck the Escape on its passenger side, where Francis Shaw, 72, was sitting in the front seat, the complaint said. Shaw was flown from the scene for further treatment at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, W. Va. He remained at the hospital until he was pronounced dead six days later, a doctor told police.
