State police search for two who robbed Greene convenience store

State police are looking for two people who robbed a Greene County convenience store with a gun last month.

According to police, the robbery occurred at about 5 a.m. Feb. 29 at BFS Foods, 496 Jefferson Road, Jefferson Township.

Police said the pair entered the store with a firearm while wearing face masks and gloves. One of them was described as wearing a brown, fur-lined hat.

The robbers made off with more than $2,100 worth of cigarettes and $220 in cash.

Police said the two should be considered armed and dangerous, and are possibly traveling in a dark-colored vehicle.
