A Carmichaels man is accused of hitting his 3-month-old child multiple times. The child’s mother reported Ezra Jones, 26, to Cumberland Township police last month when she spotted numerous marks on the baby after Jones cared for him, according to his criminal complaint. Police said videos provided by the mother showed Jones approaching the child’s crib and striking the child before again reaching into the crib, both times followed by the sound of crying. According to the complaint, Jones then looked back at the camera before reaching into the crib again several times.
