Charleroi mother facing charges for poor living conditions

A Charleroi mother is facing charges for poor living conditions after her husband was arrested over the weekend. Roldy Noel, 27, was charged Monday by Charleroi police with two felonies of endangering the welfare of children. Jackson Alexis, Noel's husband, was arrested Saturday following a medical call to their home in the 500 block of Rear McKean Avenue. Charging documents allege that while police were at the home, Noel's and Alexis' daughter used a bucket to go the bathroom.
