Three-vehicle crash kills 1 in Springfield Township

One person was killed in a three-vehicle crash in Fayette County Saturday night. The coroner's office was called to the scene at Mill Run Road (Route 381) in Springfield Township around 9:30 p.m., it said in a release Sunday afternoon. Rejeanne Menard, 65, of Youngwood, was pronounced dead at the scene. The Normalville, Springfield and Salt Lick fire departments assisted in the response, as did Mutual Aid, Fayette EMS, STAT MedEvac, Pennsylvania State Police, Past and Present Towing and 911 dispatch.
