Uniontown man charged for DUI with child in back seat

Monongahela police charged a man Friday for driving under the influence with his 4-year-old child in the vehicle. Christopher Aaron Fisher, 35, of Uniontown, faces a felony charge of endangering the welfare of children, and misdemeanors of reckless endangerment and DUI. According to the criminal complaint, police were called shortly after 10 p.m. April 6 to the 100 block of Third Avenue in New Eagle. Police were initially informed by dispatchers that the 4-year-old had contacted 911, but later learned the call had been placed by her mother.
