A Maryland bus driver faces charges in Fayette County after students said she racked up charges on their credit cards while they were exploring Ohiopyle State Park. Monique Logan, 41, of Temple Hills, is charged with three counts each of identity theft, access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking.
