Hopwood man arrested on drug charges

A Hopwood man was arrested after police reportedly found 25 pounds of marijuana, $100,000 in cash and other drugs and paraphernalia in a search. Police had originally interviewed Gage Lowe, 19, in his bedroom in South Union Township while responding to a domestic disturbance around 9 a.m. Thursday, according to his criminal complaint. An investigation showed probable cause for a search warrant for narcotics, police said. After receiving the warrant around 1 p.m. Thursday, police returned to the home.
