1 dead, 1 injured in Bullskin Township crash

A two-vehicle crash killed one person and hospitalized another in Fayette County Monday afternoon. Pennsylvania State Police were called to the scene of a crash with entrapment about 3:15 p.m. on Pleasant Valley Road in Bullskin Township, in front of Paradise Church. Theodore Boles, 35, of Acme, was killed after his 2002 Dodge Dart crossed the center line while heading northbound on Pleasant Valley Road, state police said in a release. He collided with a Chrysler Town & Country minivan driven by David Cunningham, 47, of Mount Pleasant. Troopers arrived to find Boles trapped in his vehicle. He died at the scene of the crash.
