South Strabane Township police arrested a man Friday after he was accused of assaulting a woman in a road rage incident. Krishnakumar Kandasamy, 38, of South Strabane, faces a felony aggravated assault charge. According to the criminal complaint, police officers were called at about 6:40 a.m. Friday to the intersection of East Beau Street and Trinity Point Drive.
